Minsk: An Event Was Held In Honor Of “Day Of Democracy And National Unity Of Turkey – July 15”

In the capital of Belarus Minsk, a ceremony was held dedicated to the “Day of Democracy and the National Unity of Turkey – July 15”.

The event held at the Turkish Embassy in Minsk was attended by the Turkish ambassador to Minsk Gyujlu Jam Yshyk and the embassy employees.

The program began in a minute of silence on the dead on July 15. Then the state anthem of Turkey sounded.

Ambassador Göjlu Jam Yshyk made a speech. He said that the fight against the Fetö terrorist organization is one of the most important components of national security.

“This shadow organization, which uses all universal values for its hidden purposes, poses a threat not only to Turkey, but for all countries in which it operates. On the night of July 15, the Turkish people once again demonstrated their unshakable faith in democracy and determination, protecting their homeland, flag and state,” the diplomat emphasized.

GUGLU JEM YSHYK expressed gratitude to the Belarusian state and people for solidarity in the struggle of Turkey with terrorism.

The event, within the framework of which the thematic photo exhibition was organized, ended with a collective prayer in memory of the victims on July 15.
