Belarus and Vietnam discussed cooperation in the field of peacekeeping. This is on Wednesday, December 20 is reported in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense of Belarus.
The topic was discussed in detail by the head of the Department of International Military Cooperation – assistant Minister of Defense on International Military Cooperation of Colonel Valery Reveenko and head of the Department of Peacekeeping Operations of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam, Senior Colonel FAM MAN THANG.
“During the meeting, the parties discussed the algorithm for building cooperation in the field of peacekeeping activities. The Belorussian side expressed an interest in studying the issue of training their representatives on the basis of the training center for the Department of Peacekeeping Operations,” follows from the message.
In addition, the parties agreed on the important role of activity to maintain peace and security in the current realities of the international situation.
