Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and the Ministry of Agriculture In order to support the Self-employment program, the joint project “Support for Skin Development”.
As reported by Haqqin.az to the Mintruda, 20 people will be involved in the pilot project, it covers four districts (Barda, Curdamir, Evlah and Shamkir), favorable for silverity.
Requirements for project participants:
– the desire and experience of caring for tute silkworm;
– the owner must use the property in accordance with its purpose after the wormwood (premises for the outstanding of the caterpillars of the mulk silkworm – ed.) will be laid and handed over, and also properly care for it;
– After passing a wormwood for its content, the participant is direct responsible;
– For representatives of the contractor and local employment centers, conditions should be created for monitoring, receiving and video and video and photographing;
– the transfer of the filed property to use and dispose of third parties for one year is prohibited.
The Ministry of Agriculture will conduct trainings for persons submitting applications for participation in the project, after which the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population will provide their wormwoods, and the Ministry of Agriculture – Silkworm.
When evaluating candidates involved in the project, their compliance with the criteria of low-cost is taken into account. When implementing the project, preference is given to the families of Shekhid, veterans, as well as other persons from socially vulnerable categories.
