The Chechen blogger, one of the famous critics of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov Tumso Abdurakhmanov, whose disappearance and murder was previously reported by the media, contacted the Chechen human rights association Vaifond, which is based in Sweden. Tumso Abdurakhmanov disappeared at the end of November 2022. “Radio Liberty” and “Adat” said that supposedly Abdurakhmanov was killed, but neither his relatives, nor the police of Sweden, nor the authorities of Chechnya confirmed this information. Former Chechen field commander Ahmed Zakaev claimed that Tumso Abdurakhmanov was alive and is under the protection of the Sweden police.
