The chairman of the State Committee on Refugees and Forced Migrants, Rovshan Rzaev met on Thursday, October 20, with a delegation, led by Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Moldova, Marchel Spatar, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan.
The press service of the State Committee said that the guests informed in detail the problem of refugees and forced immigrants who arose in Azerbaijan as a result of Armenia. It was noted that in Azerbaijan, social protection of persons from this category was provided.
The delegations also spoke about the situation that developed after the liberation of Azerbaijani territories from the occupation of Armenia, about the return of forced immigrants to their native places carried out for this purpose of large -scale work.
Marchel Spatar, in turn, emphasized that his visit was aimed at further strengthening the relations of friendship and cooperation between countries, spoke about the problem of refugees, which was faced with Moldova in connection with the latest events in the region, and added that the exchange of experience in this area I would benefit the parties.
