Ukraine will complete the dismantling of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, at which the risk of radiation spread until 2065.

The steam, released as a result of the first explosion, destroyed the 2000-ton roof of the reactor. The environment then got 8 tons of radioactive fuel.

The number of victims of the accident was 31 people. These were also firefighters, some of which died immediately after the accident from multiple injuries, the rest died for several weeks after the accident from radiation burns.

The radioactive cloud from the accident passed over the European part of the USSR, as well as Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, and after 10 days even reached the USA, Canada and Japan.

According to the World Health Organization, after an accident a high dose of radiation, 600 thousand people living within a radius of 30 km were subjected to a high dose of radiation.
