Mongolia and China agreed to activate trade and economic cooperation

The Foreign Minister of Mongolia Batmunhiin Batzesg met with a colleague from China Van and in the fields of the 60th Munich Security Conference, Montsame reports.

The parties noted that this year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and China, 30 years since the signing of a friendship and cooperation agreement and 10 years of establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

In this context, the heads of departments expressed satisfaction with the successful development of relations and cooperation between the two countries.

Batmunhiyn Batzesz and Van and agreed to work on the activation of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries, especially on the implementation of projects and infrastructure construction programs.

The heads of foreign policy departments also noted that mutual visits at a high level made in the past made a special contribution to strengthening bilateral cooperation, and confirmed their commitment to maintaining the frequency of mutual visits.
