Moody’s raised ratings and Kapital Bank

Moody’s Investor Service International rating agency, following the results of the next assessment, confirmed the Kapital Bank ratings. Kapital Bank ratings are one of the highest in the banking sector of Azerbaijan.

The agency increased the long -term deposit rating of the Kapital Bank in the national and foreign currency C BA3 to BA2, and the credit rating (BCA) – from B1 to the BA3. The forecast for the long -term deposit rating of the bank is confirmed as “stable”. The agency reported that the increase in the BCA rating indicates the high quality of the loan portfolio, a good level of profitability and liquidity of the bank.
