General Director of the World Health Organization Tedros Adan Gebresus predicted the emergence of a new deadly virus in the world. He made such a statement on Monday on the 74th World Health Assembly opened in Geneva, reports TASS.
“Not the last time the world collided with a threat of a pandemic. According to evolutionary estimates, a new virus will appear, which will potentially be even more contagious and more deadly than the current virus,” said the head of WHO.
