Psychologists of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies provide comprehensive assistance to the victims. There is a positive dynamics of the flood situation,” the department said.

At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Emergencies noted that in Orenburg the situation with the flood is worsening.

“More than 2,900 residential buildings are flooded. 4 900 personal plots in water, 1,531 people, including 325 children, are evacuated. The population is notified of the need to evacuate possible flooding from areas,” the report said.

In Orsk, according to the agency, water continues to retreat from flooded areas. The situation is stabilized. “About 200 houses were freed from the water per day. In total, a group of more than 4.5 thousand people, 979 units of equipment, 256 boats and 16 unmanned systems,” the Ministry of Emergencies,
