In Turkey in June of this year, 208,424 transactions were concluded for the sale of real estate, and the amount of tax fee amounted to 3 billion 669 million 976 Turkish lire. Such data are given by Anadolu with reference to the Main Directorate of the Land Register and Cadastre of the Ministry of the Environment, Urban Planning and Climate Climate Changes.
In May 2023, 287 059 transactions were concluded for the sale of real estate. Thus, the volume of real estate sales in June of this year decreased by 27 percent.
The largest number of transactions for the purchase and sale of real estate was made in Istanbul – 23,859. Next are followed by Ankara – 13,095 sales, Izmir – 9 699, Bursa – 8 169, Antalya – 7348, Konya – 7 0 13, Tekirdag – 5 993, Gaziantep – 5 689, Balykesir – 5 381 and Kodzhaeli – 5330.
80 504 Faces came to the housing stock, 37,619 – land plots, 66 0 57 – sowing areas, 8,572 – offices and the rest – for other real estate.
