To date, 3,250 members of the family of shekhid, disabled people of war and military personnel who have been injured in the Patriotic War (including Call Center-142 – 238 people) appealed to unified coordination centers. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
According to information, in these centers operating in Baku and the Absheron district, citizens belonging to the specified categories are provided with labor, employment, social protection, medical and social expertise, rehabilitation, treatment, examination and other activities 21 State Border (6 central, 15 local executive authorities) in 26 areas, services are provided from the “one window”, promptly transparent, based on the principle of satisfaction of citizens.
Distribution of appeals to the centers:
– 999 appeals to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population;
– 1335 appeals to the Ministry of Defense;
– 67 appeals to the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan;
– 153 statements in the public service on mobilization and call for military service;
– 190 appeals to local executive bodies;
– 66 appeals to the State Agency of Mandatory Medical Insurance;
– 206 applications to the State Insurance Commercial Company;
– 238 calls through the Call Center -142.
