To today, the company performed construction work in installments. Now customers can, through a mortgage loan through a bank for a period of 10 years to build their home.
A citizen who wants to build a house on credit on the land owned by him must first approach the Bakstone Construction office and get preliminary information. If representatives of the company believe that a citizen can be provided with a loan, they send it to a partner bank. Further process, that is, the issuance of the loan is carried out by the Bank.
The mortgage period is 10 years, and the percentage rate is -12 percent per annum. In terms of the loan, the official income of a citizen and age limit is included.
