The intention to send the mission of the organization of the Collective Security Treaty (CSTO) to the Armenian-Azerbaijani border still remains in force.
This is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergei Lavrov, at a press conference following the results of Russian diplomacy in 2022.
“We still have a willingness to send the CSTO mission to the border of Armenia with Azerbaijan,” he said.
Lavrov added that the EU mission on the border of Azerbaijan and Armenia can be counterproductive without the consent of Baku.
