Another round consultation between Russia and the United States to eliminate “irritants” in relations between countries was canceled on the initiative of the American side. This was announced by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova.
According to her, this meeting was supposed to take place as part of the process of normalizing the dialogue between Moscow and Washington.
The representative of the diplomatic university expressed the hope that soon Russian-American consultations will continue.
“We hope that the pause they take will not become too long,” the words of Zakharova are given to the Telegram channel of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
