Moscow announced “close coordination” with Baku and Yerevan to prepare peace treaty

Russia will continue to provide the necessary assistance to Azerbaijan and Armenia to achieve peace, ensure stability and prosperity in the South Caucasus, said the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharov, it is quoted by Russian media.

According to Zakharova, “close coordination is carried out with Azerbaijani and Armenian partners on the preparation of a peace treaty.”

Zakharova added that “with the active participation of our country, consistent actions are being taken to strengthen trust between the peoples of these two countries in terms of the development of dialogue between representatives of the public, expert circles, parliamentarians.”
