Russia is not the initiator of the complication of bilateral relations with Israel, said Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry,
on the air of the Solovyov Live television channel.
“Unfortunately, in recent months we have heard at the level of statements an absolutely unconstructive and, most importantly, biased rhetoric from Tel Aviv,” she said.
Zakharova also noted that anti -Russian estimates from the leadership of Israel were framed exclusively in the pro -Ukrainian side not in terms of the Ukrainian people, but only the support of the Ukrainian authorities. “When we now hear the comments of the leadership of this country, that some actions of Russia on a bilateral track can affect relations, I want to ask a question whether these very people are considered that their actions and statements have already affected bilateral relations,” – She noted.
At the same time, Zakharova did not mention the names of “these very people from the leadership of Israel.”
