Support for the Ankara of Moscow’s proposals on security guarantees could make a real contribution to improving relations between Russia and NATO. This was announced at the briefing the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharov, reports TASS.
“A real contribution to the improvement of relations between Russia and NATO could be supporting the recent Russian proposals for security guarantees. We are customized to maintain contact with Turkish partners in the interests of creating the necessary political and diplomatic atmosphere and promotion of dialogue on the subject of security on the Euro-Atlantic space,” – noted Zakharov.
Earlier, Chavushoglu said that Turkey will continue to try to make a positive contribution to the settlement of the situation in relation to Russia and NATO.
