The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, reported at a briefing on Wednesday, November 2 that the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia met the eye.
“These were not negotiations of delegations, it was a conversation, the contacts of three ministers in the face to the eye. The conversation took place in the context of those negotiations that were conducted between their leaders,” Zakharova explained.
