Moscow believes that Ukraine will lose access to Sea of Azov

The Sea of Azov became the sea of joint use of the Russian Federation and “DPR”, as the President of the President of the Russian Federation George Muradov believes, RIA Novosti reports.

Muradov noted that the “DPR” secured a way to the coast of the Sea of Azov. In his opinion, Ukraine can lose access to the sea during the “special operation” in the Kherson and southern part of the Zaporizhzhya regions.

RBC recalls that according to the agreement concluded in 2003, the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait “historically are the internal waters of the Russian Federation and Ukraine.” The border is established by the same document.
