The Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined the Telegram, Pinterest and Twitch platform for non -fulfillment of duties by social networks. This was reported by the press service of the courts of the general jurisdiction of Moscow.
of the platforms are found guilty of the offense under Part 3 of Art. 13.50 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (repeated failure by the owner of the social network, the obligation to monitor and take measures to limit access to prohibited information). It was refunded by 7 million rubles.
Previously, fines for non-compliance with Russian requirements were imposed on other international Internet platforms, including Apple, Google and Google Facebook.
