The Presnensky Court of Moscow refused to change the measure of preventive for the nephew of Telman Ismailov Zura Mardanov, who passes the accused of the abduction of the singer Abraham Russo. This is reported by RIA “Novosti” with reference to the lawyer of the victim Alexander Kostanyanz.
“The judge refused to the investigator in satisfying the application for a change in the preventive measure from the pledge to arrest and extradite refused, the case allocated in a separate production. Everything, there is no place in the case now,” he stressed.
