Moscow: draft agreement of Russia and Ukraine was agreed by 75%

The draft peace treaty between Ukraine and Russia was agreed in April by 75%. About this, as TASS writes, the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, the head of the Russian delegation at negotiations with the Ukrainian side Vladimir Medinsky, told reporters in the fields of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PMEF).

“We have had intensive negotiations with the Ukrainian side for a long time about the conditions of post -crisis settlement. These negotiations ended on April 15 by the fact that we transferred the draft agreement agreed by the Ukrainian side. It was agreed by 75 percent,” Medinsky said Medinsky Journalists.

The press secretary of the head of the Russian state, Dmitry Peskov, said on April 20 that Moscow handed Kyiv a draft document on agreements with clear wording and expects an answer. At the same time, the Russian side emphasized that the freezing of negotiations is completely the initiative of Ukraine.
