The Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (parliament) will take care of the denunciation of the contract with Ukraine on the use of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait.

The contract was signed in Kerch on December 24, 2003.
Earlier, an agreement with Russia on cooperation in the use of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait denounced the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
