A new head of the Nakhchyansky city police department was appointed. Apa reports that Colonel Eldar Gazibekov was appointed to this position.
Earlier, Gazibekov was the deputy head of the Nasiminsky district police department.
The agency notes that Eldar Gazibekov is the nephew of the now deceased colonel of the police Etibar Gazibekov, the head of the police of the Sabunchinsky and Surakhan regions.
