Direct negotiations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine must continue. This was stated by TASS Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) of Russia Sergey Naryshkin, answering the question of how he evaluates the mood of the Ukrainian side before the next round of negotiations.
“No matter how much they are configured, it is necessary to negotiate. Even though it is difficult to talk about such a serious advance forward. But nevertheless, every time during each next round, a number of issues are resolved, including issues that relate to a humanitarian agenda. This is also very important,” said Naryshkin.

The head of the SVR also commented on the issue related to Serbian supplies of military products, including, as claimed, to Ukraine.
“As I understand it, the reaction has already taken place yesterday. President [Serbia Aleksandar] Vucich spoke, made a statement that Serbia, if it does not stop, is suspended the supply of weapons for export,” Naryshkin noted.
“We will check,” he emphasized, answering the question of whether they believe in Moscow from Belgrade.
