The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has banned authorized institutions to perform any currency transactions using Russian and Belarusian rubles.
As the National Bank reported in the morning on Friday, the Board of the NBU made appropriate changes in the decision of February 24, 2022 “On the work of the banking system during the administration of military situation.”
According to him, a ban on fulfilling commitments to legal entities or individuals having a location in the Russian Federation or in Belarus.
