NATO consistently carries out the largest expansion of the general defense system since the Cold War, the Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg said at a press conference in Riga, RIA Novosti reports.

“We consistently carry out the largest expansion of the overall defense system since the Cold War. Combat groups are deployed in the Baltic States and Poland. We have strengthened our presence both at sea and in the air.
