NATO summit will not be announced the dates of the possible time of joining the Alliance of Ukraine and Georgia. This was stated by the Secretary General NATO Jens Stoltenberg, writes TASS.
“We will confirm the decision of the summit in Bucharest (April 2008) in relation to Georgia and Ukraine, that the NATO door remains open, and Russia has no effect on this process. We did not talk about the dates of entry then and we will not talk now.” , “said Stoltenberg speaking in the German Foundation Marshall on online discussions on the eve of the North Atlantic Alliance Summit.
Note that the NATO summit that takes place in Brussels, neither Ukraine nor Georgia was invited. Stoltenberg previously stated that negotiations will be held without the participation of partner countries, since the meeting will be short.
