With regard to Alexey Navalny, a new criminal case was initiated under the article “Creating an extremist Community”, the statement of the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia is said.
According to the post, Navalny, together with other persons, is accused of creating and managing an extremist society. In relation to the Navalny and his associates, a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code (the creation and management of the extremist community).
