In Kazakhstan, the nephew of the First President of the country of Nursultan Nazarbayeva, Kairat Satybaldiuli, was detained.
Sputnik Kazakhstan conveys that the country’s anti-corruption service is investigating a criminal case on the facts of abuses by the official authority and theft of the funds of Kazakhtelecom JSC in particularly large amounts. “On suspicion of making these crimes, a temporary detention center of Kairat Satybaldiuly was detained,” the service says.
It is noted that the involvement of K. Satybaldyuldius to other crimes undermining the safety of Kazakhstan.
