Negotiations of Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and representatives of the UN, on the situation with grain from Ukraine, have ended, TASS reports with reference to the participant of the delegation.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, said that representatives of the Russian military department in Istanbul take part in negotiations with colleagues from Turkey, Ukraine and the UN on the export of agricultural products from the Black Sea ports. According to him, the Russian delegation prepared and submitted for consideration a package of proposals on the speedy practical solution of this issue.
