Chairman of Milli Majlis Azerbaijan Sahib Gafarov met with the Chairman of the Great National Assembly of Turkey Mustafa Stenopom on the fields held in Pakistan the Second Universal Conference of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of Economic Cooperation.
In the Public Relations and Press Relations Department, Haqqin.az reported that the parties exchanged views on fruitful cooperation, deepening political, economic, cultural and humanitarian relations, the direction of the future development of inter-parliamentary bonds.
In addition, the speakers of parliaments of two fraternal countries emphasized the importance of regional cooperation.
Mustafa Stenop again congratulated Azerbaijan in connection with the victory in the 44-day Patriotic War, and Sahib Gafarov, in turn, expressed his appreciation to the Turkish side for the political and moral support of Azerbaijan.
