According to the plans for the continuity of the leadership, the group announced new appointments to regional offices and advice of directors.
Imran Ahmedzade was appointed head of the Azerbaijani office of Neqsol Holding. He will also retain his current position of the chief financial director of the NEQSOL HOLDING International Group and will continue to work in the board of directors of subsidiaries of the holding.
Imran Ahmedzade has 18 years of experience in banking, energy, telecommunications and construction industries. He joined Nobel Energy, which is part of Neqsol Holding, in 2013 as the chief director of the Treasury, in 2017 – deputy financial director and in 2018 – the chief financial director. A graduate of the Harvard Business School.
Neqsol Holding also announces the appointment of Vasil Latsanich as chairman of the Board of Directors of Vodafone Ukraine in addition to his position as chairman of the Board of Directors Bakcell.
Vasil Latsanich has more than 20 years of international experience in the telecommunications industry, including in the Netherlands, Ukraine, Italy, Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and India. He is a graduate of the London Business School.
Yusif Dzhabbarov will continue his work as the general director of Neqsol Holding, developing the international business holding. Commenting on these appointments, Yusif Dzhabbarov noted:
