The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia declared journalist Alexander Nevzorov on the wanted list, Kommersant reports.
We note that earlier the IC of the Russian Federation against journalist Alexander Nevzorov Aerodil was a criminal case of “military fakes”. The reason was the publication of the shelling of the maternity hospital in Mariupol.
In the actions of Nevzorov, the signs of a crime under paragraph “d” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are seen (public distribution under the guise of reliable messages of obviously false information about the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation).
