The new head coach of the Neftech football club was Romanian Laurency Reghakampf. A 2-year contract was concluded with him.
Recall, regkampf replaced Samira Abbasova in this post, who led the club to the championship in the 2020/21 season. The contract was not extended with Abasov after the last season in which Neftechi took 2nd place.
