A new government position is established in Azerbaijan. This was reflected in the amendment to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On the rules of the ethical behavior of civil servants” submitted for discussion at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Legal Policy and State Building.
The project proposes an institution of the Commissioner for Ethics, the requirements for it and its powers are determined.
