Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev held, on Tuesday, on March 15, in Grozny, the working meeting with a police station of Russian President in the North Caucasian Federal District Yury Seagull and Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov reports “Interfax”.
It is noted that during the meeting, issues of state and public security on the territory of the republic are considered.
“Russia is interested in the economic development of Ukraine and the normalization of the life of the fraternal people, so it will promote it every way,” said Patrushev during the meeting.
According to him, it is necessary to achieve in fact the neutral status of Ukraine and the elimination of its accession to NATO.
“the creation of a nuclear weapon would threaten the safety of the whole world and provoke the unleashing of the nuclear war,” said Patrushev.
Secretary of the Security Council also stressed that the United States is in every way personally spent on the territory of the post-Soviet states of research on the development of biological weapons.
“There is information confirming the implementation of military-biological programs in Ukraine with the participation of foreign consultants and US funding,” he concluded.
