North Korean Leader Calls On Army To Become ‘invincible Force’

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un called on the North Korean army to become an “invincible force.”

As reported by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), a military parade was held in Pyongyang to mark the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

Prime Minister of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China Li Qiang took part in the celebrations. Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, as well as General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam and other foreign guests.

At the parade, the newest intercontinental ballistic missile “Hwasong-20” was presented for the first time, which is said to be capable of hitting the US mainland.

Kim Jong-un held talks with Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, who arrived in the DPRK to participate in celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Workers’ Party Korea. The parties discussed bilateral relations and prospects for cooperation.

The DPRK leader expressed satisfaction with Medvedev’s visit, noting that this meeting is of great importance for further strengthening relations between North Korea and Russia.
