Today, about 3,300 people have become victims of detaching mines, said Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov during a speech at the Baku International Conference of Ombudsmen and National Human Rights Office on the topic “The role of Ombudsmen and National Human Rights in Human Business and Rights”, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Ombudsman apparatus.
According to him, over the past two years, more than $ 3 billion have been allocated from the state budget to restore territories liberated from the occupation.
