The Russian army in the evening again made a missile attack on Odessa.
Eyewitnesses report at least four explosions in the city.
Recall that earlier the Russian military committed the missile shelling of Odessa, when Prime Minister Denis Shmygal and the head of the European Council Charles Michelle were there.
