Khojavender district prosecutor’s office opened a criminal case against officials who committed violations in the central hospital of the district, Haqqin.az reported in the supervisory department.
“During the investigation, reasonable suspicions were revealed in the assignment by officials of the Khojavensky Central District Hospital in 2020-2022 of state property on a large amount. A criminal case was instituted under Article 179.2.3 (embezzlement using an official position), 179.2 .4 (embezzlement with causing significant damage) and 308.1 (abuse of official powers) of the Criminal Code of AR, ”the prosecutor’s office noted.
The preliminary investigation in the case continues.
