Oil production in Kazakhstan returned to standard regime

Oil production in Kazakhstan returned to the standard regime. This was announced during a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Almasadam Satkaliev.

According to him, there was not a single flooded oil producing well left in Kazakhstan.

“There was a slight decrease in oil production – about 500 wells were flooded. It was mainly affected by the Aktobe region. But now the water is going, almost all the events that were carried out in advance, showed their effectiveness. We work in the standard mode,” the minister said whose words are casinform.

Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic said that in connection with the Pawdock situation in a number of oil producing enterprises Aktobe and Atyrau regions of Kazakhstan, 634 wells were suspended.
