Armenian refusal to provide Azerbaijan with mining fields is a very serious threat. This during a joint press conference with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jayhun Bayramov, said the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Yusef Ben Ahmed Al-Usaymin.
According to him, mined territories represent a colossal threat to the life of people.
“After visiting the liberated territories, our delegation reported on the threats there. Members of the delegation said that they don’t even know what time you can blew up on Mine. This is a very serious question,” said the OIS Secretary General.
