Mayor of Kharkov Igor Terekhov said that Russian troops are discarded to the city of bombs on the parachutes and asks people not to approach such bombs.
“Kharkov collided with bombing news types of bombs. Russia resets them on parachutes. I ask you, in no case to approach such parachutes and immediately report them to rescuers,” he wrote.
Terekhov called on the citizens as far as possible to sleep in bomb shelters.
