Caspian pipeline consortium (KTK) disabled one of three removable mooring devices (VPU) – OPPU -2 – on its marine terminal near Novorossiysk after an abnormal situation with the exit of oil to the sea surface during loading on the tanker. This was reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the company.
