On the way from Yerevan to Hankendi, the former army separator of the Karabakh separatists Mikael Arzumanyan was arrested, reports Politik.am.
According to information, the general was arrested on the proposal of the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
Note that Mikael Arzumanyan was appointed commander of the Army of the Karabakh separatists, after the Azerbaijani army struck the car of his predecessor Jalal Harutyunyan.
