It was found that illegal actions were allowed by Nurses of Hospital №14 Kerimov Tebessum Gumba Gyza and Mammadyarova Sudak Ahmedshah Giza, who conducted vaccination at school number 26 Khatayinsky district of Baku.
So, on the basis of the illegal offer of the faced person, Gezalova Samir Arif Oglu, the nurse made the visibility that introduced an injection, wondered at the expense of the State Vaccine Vaccine.
In relation to these persons, proceedings on an administrative offense under articles 211.1 (violation of anti-epidemic regime, sanitary and hygienic and quarantine regimes) and 227 (small hooliganism) of the Administrative Code, the case was sent to court for consideration.
According to the decision of the Khazar District Court, Samir Gezalov applied administrative arrest for a period of 30 days, Mammadyarov’s permanent court appointed 200 hours of public works, and Tebessum Kerimova – a fine of 400 manat.
