Opposition insists on resignation of Pashinyan, but still has not found him a replacement

A nationwide rally of resistance movement is taking place on France Square in Yerevan.

Recall that protests, rallies and processions are held in Armenia since May 2. Participants in the resistance movement require the resignation of Nikol Pashinyan and his team.

During the rally, one of the activists of the movement, a member of the opposition faction of Armenia, Gegam Manukyan said that the opposition has not yet decided on its candidate for the position of prime minister.

He noted that for the first time he hears that the opposition intends to form the Provisional Government, led by the former human rights defender Arman Tatoyan.

“Media representatives themselves determine the Prime Minister for themselves and put this issue on the agenda of discussions, but with real processes these messages have nothing in common. The movement will name the candidate for the prime minister when the time comes,” the deputy said .
