Orban opposed allocation of new EU funds to Ukraine

Hungary is still opposed to the European Commission’s plans to allocate new financial assistance to Ukraine, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Friday, Interfax reports.

“One thing is clear to us: we, Hungarians, will not give Ukraine more money until they say what the previous 70 billion euros have gone to,” Orban said.

On the eve of Brussels, a two -day EU summit started.

According to the results of the first day, the leaders of the Blok once again assured that they were ready to continue to provide military and economic assistance to Ukraine.
